This post is about changes. I have another post up called "Changes in a New Light." Go check that one out too. That one is different because I discuss how to view change. This one is about, what it is, and how God differs from change.

To be reminded that He never changes is something that we all need to be reminded of. I think we all can name at least one big change in life that way difficult in some way. There are times I can love a change and others where I can hate it. Change is when something is made or becomes different. A lot of things will and do change in our lives. I mean we change our clothes everyday, but something else that can change is your friendships. One isn't so scary, the other can be scary. Sometimes, we try to ignore and push away some changes, but they don't ever go away, they're reality. Something we can all work on is bringing our changes to light, recognizing them, and facing them. We can't keep tucking them away forever. When the time of the change comes we're going to need to face it and if we keep trying to force it out of reality it is only going to cause strife and difficulty in our lives. Things change, it's a fact, it's part of life. You can't ignore it all forever, you need to acknowledge it, and trust God with it. As I used in my last change post

Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever. Hebrews 13:8

Read that again... slowly. Whatever changes you're facing today, the ones that are large and small, the ones that are scary and not, all of it be reminded today though everything around you is changing, isn't staying the same, is stressful... He. Never. Changes. Though everything around us stays inconsistent, nothing is staying the same, He is constant and consistent. Stop trying to face them on your own, change is not easy to carry on your own. Trust God and know He is using it for good! Recognize that we need to acknowledge it and trust the One who allows it.
