All in. Something that can instill a lot of fear in people. Something a lot of people today lack. The motivation, the drive to go all in. I think often times our experiences can affect our desire to go all in. Whether it's hurt from relationships, so we don't want to go all in with present relationships. Or maybe it's frustration from going all in with work or school and not seeing rewards/fruits from it. Whatever our experience, it might make us become more surface level, and afraid to take steps out of the fear of repeating past hurts or frustrations.

I've had experienced that fear. But, I've also experienced the love, beauty, and joy that comes from going all in DESPITE fear. Embrace the season you're in instead of just trying to get out and escape from it. Does embracing it mean we love it? No. But it means, we sit with it, and we learn from it. We accept it and sit with, not necessarily because we enjoy it, but because we trust the One who has brought us to it. We've all been through seasons that we'd rather not go through. But, there is a beauty that comes from embracing every season, trusting the One who brought us to it will bring us through it. Trust the timing of the season, summer never comes to early, fall never comes too late, our Father knows the perfect timing for each and every moment. So, where there's fear, when it's uncomfortable, take a step into the season. Start with a step, then another, and another. Soon enough, you'll be all in in ways you never imagined. In the best way possible. When there was fear to continue to be all in with relationships, I took the step and went all in anyways. When there were fears to go all in with other things, I went all in anyways, not because of my own strength, but His. From going all in, I've seen such beautiful results that have brought peace out of chaos, spring out of winter. Sometimes being all in, means just taking a step. When we take steps, the Lord moves. We often expect God to move, without our participation or effort. But, faith requires action. Active faith. Active steps. Active listening. Active obedience. When seasons aren't ideal, lean further into Him. Ask Him what steps He's wanting you take and what obedience to Him in this season looks like. Keep taking the steps. Keep being active. Keep trusting in the Lord.
